Students may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund up to 7 days before a cohort's start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future cohort. No refunds are issued after a cohort begins, though transfers to a later cohort may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Program access, instructor scheduling, and enrollment confirmation are provided by email within 2 business days of payment. Corporate and government cohorts follow a proposal-and-contract process, with delivery timelines confirmed in the signed agreement.
